Inside sources are reporting that Star Mazda points leader,
Peter Dempsey will be changing teams for the remainder of the season. It has been fairly obvious that Dempsey has been struggling to come up with the necessary funds to run this season with AIM Autosport... as he has skipped numerous test days and pre-testing on race weekends. Even when he is on track testing, he can usually be found running on old tires that other drivers have discarded.
Juncos Racing has decided to give the Irishman a shot to continue his efforts and fight for the championship. He has signed a deal to run the remainder of the season with the Florida based team. Watch for an official release to be published shortly.
