Junior Strous claimed his second victory of the weekend in the streets of St. Petersburg this morning, becoming the third driver to sweep an Indy Lights doubleheader. It's nice to see Strous get off to such a great start in 2009, he is a true class act.
The Hard Charger of the day is Sergey Mokshantsev. Sergey moved up 13 positions, finishing 14th after starting 27th. Honorable mention has to go to Jonathan Summerton who moved up from 16th to 4th, improving 12 spots. Rodrigo Barbosa also moved up twelve positions, finishing 13th after starting 25th. Charlie Kimball improved eleven positions, finishing 7th after starting 18th.
Here are the full results from Race 2.
The Indy Lights drivers will return to action April 19th in Long Beach.
