Junior Open Wheel Talent

It was announced late last month that Team E and former Champ Car driver Jan Heylen would combine forces to compete at the Indy Lights opener at St. Pete. Well, the first practice session was completed this morning and neither Team E nor Jan Heylen could be found on the time charts, despite being on the official entry list.

In my original release of this story, I wrote:

Take what you will from the information given, but it sounds like the plans are hinging on a lot of money and clearly not much time.
