I haven't been able to dig-up anything remotely official on this, so for now, we will leave the question mark behind the title.I do however have a few inside sources from New Zealand that have told me Wade Cunningham will in-fact drive for Sam Schmidt Motorsports in the 2009 Indy Lights series. So...we will go with it. Watch for official updates to either prove or negate this claim. Apparently there are a few sponsor tie-ups, limiting the official release of information.
Wade will be returning for his fifth Indy Lights season, albeit, they weren't all full seasons. This will be Wade's first season with Sam Schmidt Motorsports. Last year, Wade ran 7 events with Brian Stewart Racing and landed on the podium twice. In 2005, he won the Infiniti Pro Series Championship...also driving for Brian Stewart. I would say that positioning himself with Sam Schmidt Motorsports for 2009, gives him the best opportunity at a repeat title (he would be the first to do so). He will partner Ana Beatriz, Gustavo Yacaman, and James Hinchcliffe under the team tent.

Hi Meesh. Yeah, Sam has done an excellent job of putting together a very solid team for 2009.
Unfortunately, I don't have any news on Antinucci yet. Stay tuned for updates.
