Brazilian driver Mario Romancini signed with Andersen Racing to compete in the 2009 Firestone Indy Lights series.
The 21-year-old driver has been very impressive in his early tests with the team, adapting to the car with ease. Here is what I wrote about him, after his first test with the team, late last month. Proving skeptics wrong, Romancini has adapted to the Indy Lights car very quickly and performed well in his rookie oval test. With his quickness in pre-season testing, I'm looking forward to watching his progression in 2009.
