Matthew Inge has announced that he will rejoin St. Clair Motorsports for select F2000 Championship events in 2009. Inge is hoping to put together enough funding to run a full F2000 Championship campaign with the Michigan-based team.
The Florida resident is currently splitting his time between his studies at Virginia Tech and his racing efforts,... further limiting his four wheel endeavors. He is majoring in Mining and Minerals Engineering and plans to do a internship in a Pennsylvania mine this summer.
Last season, Inge performed quite well in the F2000 Championship for St. Clair Motorsports... finishing inside the top-ten in 70% of his race starts. Prior to competing in the F2000 Championship, he was a standout in the Formula E Championship series.
Watch for Inge and St. Clair Motorsports to put together some very solid results this season, regardless of how many races they run.
