Prema Powerteam Signs Basil Shaaban
Prema Powerteam announced late last week that Basil Shaaban of Lebanon will drive for the team in the 2009 F3 Euro Series. The 28-year-old driver will be returning for his third year in the series; he spent the last two years with HBR Motorsport. His best finish in 2008 was 14th at Mugello.
