Venezuelan driver Luis Shiavo has signed with Eurointernational to compete in the 2009 Atlantic Championship. The twenty-seven year old will be contesting his second consecutive full season with Eurointernational after running three Atlantic races in 2006 with Brooks Associates.
Shiavo was quick in 2008, but never really had much of a break-out race showcasing his speed. The 2003 Star Mazda champion plans to do quite a bit of off-season testing with Eurointernational which will only benefit his and the teams experience from 2008. Watch for a much stronger Eurointernational presence in 2009.
