Bobby Wilson Completes Indy Car Test at Sebring

Panther Racing had a test day at Sebring International Raceway last week with their two newly signed Indy Lights drivers, Martin Plowman of the F3 Euro Series and Pippa Mann of the World Series by Renault. The test day was an opportunity for the two British drivers to get a taste of the high powered Indy Lights Dallara race car.

Current Indy Lights driver Bobby Wilson also took part in the test and was given an opportunity to sample Panther's IndyCar while at Sebring. Watch Wilson's test here. Wilson concluded his Indy Lights season with Panther Racing at Chicagoland after spending 2008 driving for Team E. Wilson and Panther had quite a successful partnership in the series finale, finishing fourth in their first event together. Should a ride open up in the Panther Racing IndyCar tent for 2009, I would suspect that Bobby Wilson would be a prime candidate for a seat fitting.
