F2000 Championship Adds Contenders

Conor Daly, will utilize his F2000 testing this year by running the weekend's F2000 Championship event at Mosport. The young American will drive for Brian Graham Racing partnering Kyle Marcelli. Daly has been testing a wide variety of cars this year and is looking to add another racing experience to his resume. I'm surprised to see Daly sign with BGR rather than Anderson Racing, as the youngster has already completed a few F2000 tests with RLR/Anderson.

Caitlin Johnson, who races against Daly in the Ontario Formula Ford 1600 Championship, will also make her F2000 Championship debut this weekend driving for Minnesota's ZSports Midwest, joining Bobby Caldwell under the team tent.

Both drivers will join their teams for pre-event testing on Thursday at Mosport.

what is your prediction for the weekend?

First of all, thank you for the comment. As for your weekend prediction question,... that's a tough decision. The F2000 field is extremely deep. I'd have to say I think Anders Krohn will rebound this weekend and take the win. Kyle Marcelli has been hot as of late and should put in another solid performance. As for the third and final spot, how can you count out Chris Miller? Miller has shown his speed in every session and has been very consistent.

Top 3
1. Anders Krohn
2. Kyle Marcelli
3. Chris Miller

Anyone think Daly will be in the final mix right off the bat?
