In disappointing news, Charles Hall wasn't able to get enough laps in his Indy Lights car due to mechanical issues during the teams test at Watkins Glen. Apparently the issues were fairly complex as it sounds like just about everyone in the paddock joined in to help Hall and the Anderson Racing team field the car.
Due to the lack of adequate testing, both Charles Hall and Anderson Racing decided this was not the time to make the venture. A wise move. We look forward to seeing their debut later this season.
