Brandon Wagner of USAC fame looks to make an Indy Lights appearance later this season as a car owner. Wagner who was seen testing an Indy Lights car at both Homestead, Fl. and Newton, Ia., recently purchased his own Dallara chassis. The Lafayette, In. native plans to make a Indy Lights race appearance later this season. At this time, the 21 year old driver is focusing on marketing and testing prior to making a full campaign in 2009.
