Filip Salaquarda has announced that he will be leaving RC Motorsport and signing a deal with Prema Powerteam for the remainder of the 2009 season.
Edoardo Mortara, of the GP2 series, will be making his Renault 3.5 debut with SG Formula at Budapest. The decision likely revovles around additional track time--with the GP2 Series heading to Budapest in late July.
