Richard Philippe Signs with PBIR
After parting ways with Genoa Racing in the Indy Lights series due to financial woes, it is being reported that Richard Philippe will return to a Firestone Indy Lights car with Team PBIR. Richard will partner Charlie Kimball under the team tent.
