Jay Howard Signs with PBIR

Well, most of us already knew this was coming when we saw Jay Howard's name on the entry list for St. Petersburg. Today it was made official, Jay Howard signed on to run a full Indy Lights schedule in 2009. Howard will drive for Palm Beach International Raceway. PBIR has a very competitive line-up in place now with both Charlie Kimball and Jay Howard behind the wheel for 2009.

Away from his Indy Lights efforts, Howard will remain the President of Karting at Palm Beach International Raceway.
