Although I won't be focusing on the British Formula Ford Championship in 2009, I will be doing a few updates throughout the year on Josef Newgarden's progress across the pond as he chases his dream of racing in Formula One.The latest update comes from Norwich, England,...where Newgarden set the unofficial fast lap of the pre-season test with Joe Tandy Racing at Snetterton. He was clocked,... running a 1:10.003 lap. The Formula Ford track record at Snetterton is 1:09.906.
The eighteen-year-old pilot is currently residing in Oxford, England as he prepares for the season opener on April 11-13th at Oulton Park. Stay tuned for future updates...
