It was announced early today that Adam Christodoulou has signed with JDC Motorsports for the 2009 Star Mazda Championship. The late announcement came as a bit of a surprise, as most expected Adam to sign with Andersen Racing after completing a few tests with the team earlier this year.
The addition of Adam to the JDC line-up will, without a doubt, make JDC Motorsports one of the deepest teams competing in the 2009 Star Mazda Championship. Adam was extremely impressive in his tests with Andersen Racing, where he consistently topped the time charts. Christodoulou will partner Joel Miller, Alex Ardoin, and Caio Lara under the JDC tent.
The nineteen-year-old Litchfield, England resident had a tremendous year in 2008, winning the Formula Renault 2.0 UK Championship with 7 wins and 11 podiums; driving for CR Scuderia.
